Mercedes Benz Swim Week, Miami + Escape Miami Style Lounge At the Sagamore Hotel

Mercedes Benz Swim week Miami begins this week!  I'm so excited to be attending the events and shows this year!  Very lucky to be a local in the city where everyone descends to be a part of the fashion fun.
This year we teamed up with Annie Vazquez of The Fashion Poet to collaborate with Sagamore Hotel on South beach as well as Peroni.  Our swim style photographs will be on display at Escape Miami, a Style Lounge at the Sagamore hotel on Saturday July 20th from noon until 5:00 PM.  The Sagamore event will be a place where you can get spa and beauty treatments, complimentary cocktails, light bites, and touch up your tan.  RSVP to Kreps de Maria PR & Marketing, here.

Some of the styles that I'm eager to try out during swim week are beach pants, jumpsuits, and these cutoffs that I just got.

Check out the official Swim Week schedule here and be sure to check back with the blog for more swim week updates!

OOTD: Neon Shorts + Adventure With Me by Furor Moda

I love this soft tee from Furor Moda.  This Adventure With Me t-shirt is one of their most popular styles.  Isn't it adorable? My boyfriend shrunk it in the dryer but I still love it...and him.
I paired it with my neon Gap boyfriend shorts for a Sunday date day in Midtown Miami.  The murals and graffiti art in this area are always evolving, and they make a great backdrop for photos, don't you think?
I highly recommend the shorts I'm wearing; they're so comfortable and versatile; a great option for hot summer days.  These also look great paired with a great baseball tee.

Part of my arm candy is this great pyramid cuff (Apex Cuff) by Bare Collection Jewelry that was a little difficult to photograph, but I assure you, it's awesome.  The quality really stands out; stay tuned for a minimalist outfit of the day featuring this cuff in the coming weeks.

Designer Spotlight: Citrine by The Stones 10 Year Anniversary

I popped into the Eberjay boutique on Miami Beach this weekend and met designer Michelle Stone, who, along side her sister, Joanne, forms the creative duo behind the well established, high end jewelry line Citrine By the Stones. I've loved these pieces ever since I spotted them on ShopBop long ago.
The line is made up of gorgeous, sturdy metals and unfinished, rough cut gem stones -very in line with my style.

The pieces are hand made, originating in Peru and being finished off in the US, much like the designer sisters who were born in Peru and raised in Miami.  Thank you to to Michelle Stone & Eberjay for allowing us to snap pictures of the collection.

Below are some of the photos I snapped
