This collaboration is part of the Design Nation project that Kohl's does with designers. It's a French themed collection with slogan sweaters, black faux leather jackets and super feminine dresses. The sweater I'm wearing also comes in a teal / blue color.

I was cleaning out my old closet and found these Vigoss Jeans. Paired them with the sweater and a floppy camel colored hat from Express.
I still think these jeans will go on to a better home...
I also paired this sweater with a pair of Target Merona houndstooth leggings but I only got a picture of them w/ my bad iPhone camera. :/
The sweater is soft but oversized. It has a larger bat-wing effect near the top of the sleeves. The material is soft. I would size down because the body of the sweater is wide and long. I am wearing a size 'small' for reference - I feel it fits me too big.
