I want to start off with Nordstrom, who is killing it lately, featuring some of my favorite brands like ALC and Helmut Lang. They're running their clearance sale in-stores & online (40% off). You can snag some really good stuff on there, like the Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac at 40% off. I love it in silver. You can also pick up some flat boots like these by Enzo. But, if you're my friend Paige, you're going to head straight for the Rag & Bone sale section, to pick up their booties.

Neiman Marcus has $100 off $400 with code NOV50 I'm really into studded flat boots, and Neiman's has a good selection. I like these by Chloe (the leather Chelsea boot) and these from Frye (Veronica Studded Biker Boot)

West Elm is doing 15% off clearance with code YIPPEE -and 20% off of lighting, coffee tables, side tables table top decore and linens. Basically, the whole store is on sale. They hosted us for a blogger brunch a few weeks back and I saw some really cute stuff in the store. They now have a line of plates and mugs with animal caricatures on them (The Dapper Animal line). My favorite was this owl mug:
