Alleviate Stress: This Works Stress Check

Happy Saturday! I recently started a new job (couldn't be happier, by the way), but because of that, was unable to go to New York Fashion Week.  My favorite girls at Bollare didn't want me to miss out on the action, and sent me some great stuff from their gifting suite.
I wanted to tell you about the This Works line that I have really been enjoying.  This Works is a line of natural products designed to help you unwind, and melt away the days' stress.  They help you put your body into a restful state to help you sleep with ease!  These products are especially great for women in my industry, since we all usually operate on minimal sleep, and too much coffee, in a high stress environment #lawyered.

I first fell for the Breath In oil that smells like lavender. Lavender has traditionally been used to help calm anxious nerves (that's why spa's are always lavender scented). This roller ball can be applied to pulse points like your temples, or your wrists. If you have muscle aches, apply it directly to the site that hurts and rub it in. The aromatherapy helps calm your nerves. Apply it just before bed to help you fall into a deep sleep.

The Stress Check Face Mask is a great product for those days when you want some at-home pampering. When you apply it, you will feel a cooling sensation from the Peppermint extract. The anti-oxidant rich formula contains Turmeric which has healing and anti-inflammatory properties. The mask will reduce redness, promote radiance and hydrate the skin. It also contains Chamomile, to help relieve both mental and physical stress.

If you're sensitive to scents, check the ingredients of the products before purchasing them. Certain products are heavily scented since the ingredients themselves are what help alleviate stress.

They have everything from pillow sprays, face masks, hair elixers and beauty oils. All designed with one thing in mind: to help you get to that zen place. Om.

The line is available online, at ThisWorks.com, QVC, Asos.
