Fall is my faaavorite time of year. Does Bobbi Brown know this? Did she intentionally launch the Luxe Lip Colorlipsticks to make my favorite time of year even more enjoyable?! Yesss.
The new Luxe Lip Color's come packaged luxuriously, as the name suggests. You won't want to use these lipsticks, which come in a gold tube embossed on the underside with the brand's crest. Inside, is a vitamin C infused lipstick formula that glides onto your lips and feels perfectly moisturizing. These have a hefty price tag ($35), but you get a great product, and a good bit of it. Most lipsticks on the market contain less product in the tube than these do.
The coverage is pretty full, even with just one swipe. They feel hydrating and creamy on the lips.
The color range is great! There are 30 total colors in the shade range, which include some of the most perfect nudes (Pink Nude - a more pinky based nude, Almost Bare - a brown/orange based nude and Mod, a true, pale nude).

I love a good shift dress - I gravitate towards the 60's gamine style; that wide-eyed, Edie Sedgwick look that's so iconic.
The "A-Line" dress by Brass Clothingis a great shift dress. Whenever I see a white dress, I'm always wary of using it for work or daytime, because of the obvious issue: transparency. I'm happy to report that this dress passes the see-through test with flying colors. It's a great material, too; thick, with a mini-quilt pattern throughout.
It goes without saying that work has been extremely busy for me lately! :(
On the weekends, if I have some free time, I don't want to think about what I'm wearing. Mixing prints is easy, and effortless. For a relaxed weekend look that takes minimal effort - try throwing on a fall staple, like a plaid shirt. This one is not too heavy, so it's pretty good for Miami's "Fall." Pair a plaid button down over stripes and you're done!
The good thing about these shirts is that there are a bunch of options for you to choose from, at any price point. This one from Merona via Target is $17 and a great one, or this onefrom H&M which is $25. The brand Rails has a huge variety of plaid shirts to choose from, in all colors and patterns, although they are pricier at $139.
Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is less known in the beauty world, but it shouldn't be. My experience with the line has always been positive. I find the shadows to be soft, creamy and pigmented, while the lipsticks are rich with lots of color payoff.
