Recent Acquisitions

In preparation for our upcoming trip, I wanted a pair of flats that I could actually walk in.  I have a problem with flats in general; I think it's because I have freakishly long toes (please refer to this post) so sometimes flats can feel really snug around my toes.  Based on the reviews from Gap.com I ordered these 1/2 a size larger than my regular shoe size and they fit quite nicely.  I test drove them today...so far so good.  I'll let you know if they leave me stranded in Lima, with nothing but a Llama and some altitude sickness.

Meli is one of my oldest friends.  She runs a blog called Melificent, which is so well organized and cute that I feel it should be featured on Oprah's Top10... something.  I hate Oprah so I don't know why I said that.  You get the idea. 

Her husband is beyond talented; something that he excels at is photography.  He can take a mean picture. Check out his online portfolio @ RGBmonster - the portrait section is awesome.

I was really happy to see that a lot of you got into this giveaway and commented.  Unfortunately, the first person that the number generator from random.org selected did not follow the contest entry rules! How annoying, right?
