OOTD: Express Sequined Mini + Yellow Fedora + ASOS Slot Through Portfolio Clutch

Do you follow me on Facebook?
How about Twitter?
I'm liking the bright green backdrop of these pictures!  The weather has been really nice lately.  It's that time of year right before it gets realllly hot down here and where the humidity starts to kick, so we're outside as much as possible.

This was another easy outfit using the same trusty James Perse tee.  I recently bought this sequined mini (could NOT resist the sequins + tribal combination) and was pretty happy when it arrived.  It's no fuss - you just slip it on and off - no zipper or anything.

I like to wear these colorful fedoras when it's warmer out, but I think this one is a tad too small for my big head :(

What I'm Wearing:

T-shirt: James Perse.

Skirt: Embellished Sequin Mini from Express.

Jacket: Twill Twenty Two (ancient. As seen here). Light pink jacket here, hot pink jacket here.

Shoes: Talbots (from last year's huge sale). Similar here.  Also try Target the turquoise braided sandal.

Clutch: ASOS Slot Through Portfolio Clutch.

Fedora: Forever21 (yellow no longer available, try this one)

Jewelry: Necklace: Forever 21 (new, but soldout) try a square pendant like this one instead.  Rose gold cuff from BaubleBar (as seen here and as tweeted about here).

  23. Wow I am impressed by the Express skirt. i wonder if it will hold up to wear and tear well. Is it lined at all? I like this outfit a ton, it is a great mix of high versus low!

  24. I like the yellow pop of color! You are right, a hat should sit comfortably on your heat. I don't buy a hat if I have to push it onto my head, because I know it will cause me to have a headache.
